My Makeup Collection – Winged Eyeliner: Replaces all skins 1-24.

Skin colours
Light (1-2), Ivory (3-7), Tan (8-11), Honey (12-17), Ebony (18-24)
Numbers correspond to the in-game wheel.
May 2023 update added 4 new skins (Light and two for Ebony)
Choose between winged eyeliner or small eyeliner
Hands as separate files in case you want to install other mods for nail polish etc.
I have not altered the original skin colour shade.
Note
My model has full lashes for fake eyelashes effect.
Eyeliners look different depending on face model / eye shape / lashes.
Small eyeliner will likely suit other faces better than shown model, winged can look wonky.
Will make more face models with full lashes and to fit winged eyeliner option.
Update ver. 1.2 / 2.2:
Cleaned up top lip and lip border area. Had a weird little moustache.
Compatibility
Compatible:
Custom faces, hairs etc.
Incompatible:
Skin mods that replaces 1-24 and mods with Chunk ID 295 (skin) and 296 (hands).

Installation
Unzip .pak, .ucas, .utoc files here:
SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Hogwarts Legacy\Phoenix\Content\Paks\~mods
Remove files to uninstall
Troubleshooting
Try these steps if the mod does not show up:
⇢ Manually install
⇢ Change mod location: “Paks” folder instead of “~mods”
⇢ Change mod priority: Rename file name – first letter “z” to “a”
