Expelliarmus Reworked (lore friendly)
Turns Expelliarmus into a disarming charm.

This mod changes Expelliarmus in the following ways:
- Removal of knockback
- Removal of Damage
- Increasing of spell Speed (almost instant hit)
- Increase in Range
- Cooldown reduced to 5s to not make it useless
