This game combines textures from some really weird places. Not to mention trying to edit the mesh.

Extract files and place in:
“SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Hogwarts Legacy\Phoenix\Content\Paks\~mods”
if you do not have a “~mods” folder then make one.
