This is a Wand replacement, called the Heartwood Wand.
Heartwood – Purple wood with purple crystal
Black Heart – Black wood with red crystal
Green Wood – Green wood with green crystal
Installation
Download the Zip File
Move the unzipped file called HeartWoodWand
to \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Hogwarts Legacy\Phoenix\Content\Paks\~mods
Once you are done simply start the game

Chunk used is 278, if another mod you are using is using the same chunk it may cause problems
THE LAST IMAGE is what happens if you equip a wand handle, you can use the mod for this effect instead of the actual wand if you wish
