Luna Lovegood-ish Hair (with hat versions)
Have your shoes mysteriously disappeared? Uses chunk 4040 and replaces hair 44. Has physics, but as always in very strong winds they can get a little janky.
ALSO: the hat versions are not perfect and hair will poke through some of them. Sorry. Did the best I could.
