UEVR Profile 6DOF for Hogwarts Legacy v1.04
This is achieved via the new UnrealGames VR injector by Praydog.
FEATURES:
– First person mode with properly rendered cinematics
– Motion controller linked wand with 6dof (targets hightlight based on where you point your controller)
– Fully working right hand or head based locomotion
– Snap turning or Smooth turning support
– VR optimized control scheme and left hand support
– Cleaned up UI (removed floating 2D windows)
I. INSTALL Injector, Version 1.05 NIGHTLIES!
– Download Praydog´s uevr injector UEVR Nightly 1002
– Copy content of zip anywhere you want. Done
II. INSTALL instructions HogwartsLegacy VR:
– Download the profile zip
– install the UEVR app as described above,
– Open UEVR, and click on “open global dir”
– a folder will open copy the content (the “HogwartsLegacy” folder) of the profile zip into there
start a ue game
– Select game process in dropdown menu above inject button, RECOMMENDED to use OPENXR
– inject when Main Menu character selection screen has loaded
– Ingame you can use the UEVR menu with insert key to change settings if needed
III. Troubleshoot:
Crashes on Inject: Download UEVR Nightly 1002 not any other version
– INject in Main menu for best results
– INTRO currently only works with right hand based orientation. And wand may disappear a few times, just keep playing till hogwarts and it should work then.
– INTRO: skip the rollercoaster ride, latest when you get near the finish or it may crash the game
IV. Additional INFO:
– Fog can be disabled in the user_script.txt by setting the fog setting to 0
– Crosshair can be enabled in config.lua inside AppData\Roaming\UnrealVRMod\HogwartsLegacy\HogwartsLegacy\plugins\ue4ss\Mods\VRFP\scripts
– UE4SS is already INCLUDED, DO NOT have a 2nd install in your HL, transfer your mods over to our plugin folder if needed
– LEFT HAND mode can be enabled in the ingame settings
